In this day and age, obesity is one of the prime problems for us. and the rest are tons of related facts.
While others are busy researching and finding proof of obesity, it is better that we focus on how to prevent and how to get rid from it. Now, Im talking of real weight loss. Nonetheless, I will share the best exercises for weight loss that worked for me and for others.
